Noisy Lifters

Hi everybody out there my name is Lou and I haven`t been hear in a while so please bear with me on these issues.I just bought a 1997 Jaguar XK8 with 73k miles.There are two problems #1 is the lifters are noisy,oil pressure gauge is normal.Any way to quiet these boys down?#2 power seat fuse keeps blowing,can`t even put it in place,blows when it touches the fuse box.Hope someone can help.
