Turbo kit for a stock 95 Accord lx engine?
What are the good turbochargers for the non-vtec f20 engine of the LX?
How good is this? Very important recommendations and requirements on the engine before a turbo? Pros and Cons on a non-vtec 2.0liter?? Around how much at least is gonna be spent on a turbo project? What do you need or what do you have to do to boost at least 9-10psi? Thanks! |

i'm not sure what company makes a turbo kit for a f20 but i know that to run 9-10 psi you are gonna need atleast a thicker headgasket (www.inlinepro.com) to lower your compression ratio a bit... you may want to do a leakdown test on your engine .. make sure it can handle the pressure...a safer setup would be building your engine by stuffing it with stronger connecting rods, lower compression pistions... new valves.. etc........i'd say in a non vtec motor.. the pros are that the compression is already lower stock than that of the vtec.. but if you go with the building up the motor route, that does not matter to much...
