Got the PCV Valve pulled out. It sounded ok and was a little sticky. But I also found a plastic elbow connecting the valve to the tube, and there was a huge crack in it. The new PCV valve has a built in elbow. Will try it out in the morning.

Ok, the PCV Valve help out a lot. It is back to running like it normally did. The only thing now is there is some smoke from one side of the valve cover area. I pulled the valve cover off again to check the seal and is was sitting inside just right and no oil leaking.
