I just lower my car but it's too jumpy
I just lower my car but it's too jumpy. I would like to know what can I do to eliminate this problem. I kept the stock shocks until they wear to purchase new adjustable ones. Can someone tell me what is the best route.
How can I get the confortble ride but have the drop look also? |

airbags are a waste of time unless you are going to be showing the car. as are hydralics before someone mentions them.
You need to go out and buy a set of stiffening springs to replace the stock ones on the motor and thus lower the car down to a nice firm level. they are no where near as good as a fully lowered kit but they will give you then required ride until you have the cash for a fully adjustable system |

did you do it ur self or have them installed because they may perform even worse then the stockers if there not adjusted properly

Re: I just lower my car but it's too jumpy
get it done properly because the amount of tension in the springs is enough to severly hurt and even kill you. there are special tools to compress springs so you can get them off and besides that the tracking will have to be redone on your car but as for the springs themselves they should lower to a settled lavel by themselves they will be very stiff for the first few days but once driven around for a while they will be a bit more forgiving.
hope it helps |
