Not in 1/24 (probably never). Although it's Mitsubishi, technically the Eclipse is American, so it has better chance of being kitted in 1/25, and in fact, the 2nd gen are available from both Revell and AMT.

I thought the AMT was 1/24? It's bigger than the Revell...

It's only bigger because it's hopelessly inaccurate.
If you have to build an Eclipse, buy Revell's kit. It has solid, if not particularly impressive, detail and plenty of options (even if building a stock replica isn't one of them )
