Power Steering Fluid question

I need to flush my power steering system on my 2001 Dodge Dakota 4.7.
I bought the truck used and have no owners manual.
I need to know what is the proper power steering fluid and how much to buy to completely flush and fill the system.
Thanks for your help!

I find it interesting, that nowhere in the service manual, or in the owners manual does it even address changing or flushing power steering fluid. The only time power steering is even mentioned is when there is a problem with it, and then instructions on how to replace the power steering pump.
Thanks again.
