Help!

I have a 93 Ford Ranger. I drove her all the way across country with no problems but the day i get here she wont start. Started and stopped it a hundred times no problems. One day, it just wont start and wont even turn over. I tried jumping it and i got the same results. Ive been told to tap my starter with a hammer but that didnt work either. Is it my starter or maybe something else? I have no idea what it could be. Please help me.

Re: Help!

Do you have a system hooked up? If you do that could be draining the battery which would fry your alternator. Im thinking it's most likely your alternator.
