2002 ES300 - VSC, ABS, TRAC OFF lights on after brake job

Hello...first time post!

Today I had a mechanic replace the front and back rotors and pads on my ES300 (2002). Afterwards and continuing, the VSC, ABS and TRAC OFF lights are on. Additionally, the car drives like there is no suspension or the electronic suspension is adjusted to the "Sport" position, but rougher. The brake pedal feels mushy. The mechanic is coming back tomorrow, but I'm looking for any suggestions or "know" culprits. Prior to the brake job today, there were no problems, just squeaky brakes! Help!

Thanks!
