Aside from breaking a window, it's not happening. BMW's are very hard to get into. Man, you picked the wrong car to make that mistake with

^ditto what he said. Even the older BMWs (1980's) are very hard to break into without smashing a window.

you can not lock your keys in a BMW... you need the key to lock the doors or you have a remote lock opener.. If you are the owner you are not locked out....

your best hope if doors are actually locked and key is inside is to try and go through drivers side door seal on the side not the top and reach for the door handel make a j hook with cloths hanger and try to pull handel to pop lock.

Dude, i duno who you are, but it's possible, have you ever locked the car then closed the doors? (good try though....) plus this post was over a month ago...way to be ontop of things...it's really an easy solution if you think about it.

aight "dude" you may happen to be right...but the particulars of this situation are not really any of your buissness, although i will be happy to share them with you; locked my car, put the keys in my friends car , friend left town, spares in glove box. try'n to get at spares....happy?

Re: Locked Key inside my 2000 323 Ci

Why didn't you say so in the first place? What's the big deal about your "particular" situation? You're the one that was getting on the defense. All us Bimmer owners know that you can't accidently "lock" the keys inside the car. All of the replies wouldn't have been negative if you had been up front in the first place.
