I Have Motor Questions!!!

people my neighbor has a 89 integra she wants to sell me for 500 it runs fine.. i have a 92 cx hatchback.. should i buy hers and drop her motor in my hatch? i need more power..what y'all think?

is the motor still in good conditon?

if it has like 130k on it, might as well save your money and get a newer used engine and drop it in.

I agree with him^^^^ If the engine has too many miles on it. You try to turbo that engine or whatever... damn did you see that was that your tranny, or was that your head that flew off. Don't put ruined engine in your car.

for just about $500 you can get a true zc motor....http://pub143.ezboard.com/fhondadseriesfrm8.showMessage?topicID=1479.topic if you live anywhere near this guy give him a holler.....$250 for a zc less the dizzy isnt bad at all. even if you got the 89 wouldnt you rebuild it first? have the head ported....things of that nature....so that way when you working on the engine you can still drive you car.
