2006 mal 3.5 max air bag removal

never have removed an airbag before, is it dangerous?

Plenty of info on the net. This forum's policy is to not give advice regarding SIR repairs because of liability and safety issues.

turns out i apparently have the upgrade b/c the turn signal stalk i bought @ rock auto fit. i looked at all the ones they are offering even the one that said i would need to replace the clock spring and they all would have worked. I suppose i should have removed the turn signal prior to ordering the part.
