Talking OK thinking caps on

my story is of a 1996 [n] omega 20l 8v estate.141k+ does 1000 miles a month.history last year it was hit hard from the rear and pushed it in to a parked car in front. the rear end is sitting lower/the hand brake need adjusting ever month it,s a new cable/gearbox.. diff.. sump leak/front whell wobble/exhaust doesn,t fit right very lose sitting/timing belt/s haven,t been changed since 65k/and over all no power in the engine.just starting to rust and paint in need of a respray.does any one have any idea how much to put it right minus the respray and what it,s worth part ex. http://www.automotiveforums.com/vbul...ons/icon10.gif any help would be great. p.s the brakes haven,t been right for some time pedal goes to the floor and then they work abs light come,s ever now and then they been bleed over and over.

Just to let you know I recently only got £1000 part ex for a 96 2.5 v6 cdx with no mechanical problems so my only suggestion would be to bin what you have and get another car, it would cost more to fix the one you have, sorry
