Where is the radio aerial?

I have just imported a 1998 528i from Japan to New Zealand. In New Zealand we have to fit a Band Expander so we can get local stations. These band expenders plug into where the aerial wire goes into the tuner. I did a 525i recently and had no problem. However, this 528i does not have the usual aerial wire pluged into the tuner - a least I can't find it if there is one. Can any one help? If the 528i has a different method of connecting the areial wire to the tuner then is it possible to fit a band expander?
