bmw 5 series engine swap

hi im new to the whole bmw ownership and i was wondering if i could get some of your guys imput on if its possible to swap a v12 into a 1990 series 5 bmw. i have the v12 the drive line and wiring harness all im missing is the valve covers. i know close to nothing on these cars and would be very interested in learning alot more. any help that could be provided would be awsome and very much appreciated. i bought it for a project cause i had to sell my 93 3000gt sl to pay fines and bills so i picked this little beauty up. shes a little rough on the outside but its nothing but surface blemishes that some elbow grease and some hard work can bring back to life.

Re: bmw 5 series engine swap

Are you kidding just search this in Google "bmw e34 V12"

Nice plan I hope you can keep weight down maybe under 3600lbs use a manual trans, "Double chip it, Double CAI it, High flow cats maybe a custom true dual exhaust" with X-pipe if nothing critical interferes.
