Talking Riced out BEnz ?

Anyone ever run into a riced out mercedes ? I saw a mercedes 190 E with a huge exuast pipe on it once. But you don't see ppl doing any mercedes of anykind anywhere. Why is that ? Is there something wrong with doing up a benz or something ? Just wondering cause I was wondering of doing up mine.

You can do it!

190s used to be raced in the German Touring Car championship. They had huge wings on the back, all the carbon fiber you could want, even carbon fiber throughout the engine compartment. They had very bright eye catching paint jobs and the suspensions were slammed to the ground. Splitter air dams up front. I will see if I can find a photo.

I would recommend not getting a civic 4 inch exhaust pipe off the back of the car. It would look japanese and not euro. Go with a AMG style muffler. I just sold one that I had bought for my mom's Passat, to some guy that is going to put it on his 190E.

I have AMG style wheels on my 190 and clear Euro turn signals up from.

Cool Father's day gift!

My wife gave me from www.exoticwooddash.com a black and blue carbon fiber dash kit. I think that is is going to look so awesome. That same company also sell M3 style rear wings for the Mercedes, and they will paint it for you, to match the color code of your Mercedes.

I will post a photo of my Benz soon. Can you put a photo of what yours looks like on here?

Here is a DTM 190 from some early 90s racing material that was put out by Mercedes.

Another one to look for is 190 Sportsline. It was released in the last year of 190 production. It has different suspension, interior (Especially in the rear seat, which has two seats, with wide side bolsters instead of seating for three), more powerful engine, different steering ratio, different (smaller) steering wheel. It was made to compete with the M3 BMWs. I have seen them on E-bay.

Also look for the 2.3 liter 16 valve. The engine was designed in co-operation with Cosworth.

Here is that rear seat for a 1993 Sport

Notice the wide bolsters and the seating for only two.
