Try the information on programing transponder keys about half way down on our first FAQ's page. Here's a link to that page:

Re: 2010 Camry Immobilizer and transponder key help needed

For issues regarding replacement of smart keys and alarm systems, we always refer the user to the dealer because we do not know the reason behind why you, a new registered user, would need to reprogram a key that you had bought off eBay to use in a brand new car.

We get many requests for this type of info on AF and as a result they all look suspicious. And saying you don't want us to refer you to a dealer heightens that suspicion. While you may have a rightfully innocent request for help, we simply have no way of verifying that you are the legitimate owner of the car.

If you are legit and the postings above help you then great. But I for one won't take that chance. For key and alarm issues, especially on a brand new car, have the dealer help you out. They (should) know the cars they sell.

With that, good luck to you.
