LS1 TA vs. 05 STi

Gonna make this long story short and sweet.

5 races with stock 05 STi. 4 of the five races were roll races.

First 2 rolls were from 40 mph. The first one he pulled about a car but I got it back pretty quick and by 100 I was up front almost 2 cars. Second one I did something I probably shouldnt have done. I went ahead and dropped it into 2nd gear. We honked down and went. I floored it and took at least a car and by 100 I had closer to 3 cars.

Second 2 rolls were from 30mph and 50mph side by side from 30 till about 70 and then I started pulling pretty good. From 50 roll I got a couple cars till 100.

Now for the best race. We finally got lined up at a light. He was holding his rev pretty high because it was kinda loud. I launched at about 1600 rpms. I raped him out of the hole and put about a bus length on him and held him there to about 80mph.

I stopped to talk to him and found out what year it was and that it was stock. He said he would of had me on the dig run but since we were on a slight hill he kept rolling back a little. I dunno but it was pretty flat if you ask me.

Good races...

STi's and EVO's are unbeatable period...unless it is a Supra Dupra!

I kid, nice race man!
