cheap easy horse

i have a 1980 monte carlo wiht a small block 305 in it now i kno it aint the best motor to get horse out of but i was wondring if any one had some tipson wut i can do to the motor to add a lil more hp that would be cheap and easy to do

Lighter Belt pully's,take the A/C out, Carbon Fiber Drive Shaft, etc.

ive got a 305 in the 77 monte im workin on

i put a summit cam iand lifters$80
rochester quadrajet $35 at scrapyard and $30 for rebuild kit
4bbl manifold $20 scrapyard
gonna put dual exhaust with cherry bombs on her when the engine is back in (i rebiult it)
