Question H22A vs. F20B SIR-T

I have a 97 Accord SE. I'm looking to do an engine swap Does anyone know anything about this F20B Sir-T engine. I am a little famailiar with the H22A. I also know the F20B is for a type-r accord. Which do you think will be the best way to go for my car?

I don't know much about the 2.0 but I don't know why you'd want to go down in size if you're doing a swap. If you have a 97, then you'd need at least a 97 engine, which I think the H22 has as much if not more than the F20 during those years.
