MX-3 Belts, Need help Identifying

Don't know what the two belts are for and need to know what each belt does, specifically.

Re: MX-3 Belts, Need help Identifying

What type motor do you have? I'm guessing b6 or k8.
I'm assuming you have p/s and a/c.

For the b6 (4 cyl) you have 2 belts.
The inner runs crankshaft--> alternator--> water pump
The outter belt runs crank--> p/s--> a/c
(all clockwise) from crank

For the k8 (6 cyl) you have 2 belts.
The inner runs crank--> inside bottom tensioner--> p/s--> water pump
The outter belt runs crank--> inside of top tensioner-->alternator--> a/c
(all clockwise) from crank
