Need some advice on making my engine look better...
i want to make my engine look better when i open the hood. Wether it be different colored wires or whatnot. I just put an intake in my 95 Civic Lx and it already is looking good. I want to keep in kinda cheap cause im doing some other stuff to my car now.
Thanks |

some people like to get different colored oil caps and valve covers. try to stick with like a certain color scheme though, like if your intake is bright red and you get a neon green valve cover with a purple oil cap and yellow wires or hoses, basically its gonna suck. --obviously an extreme example but actually not far from some things i've seen...

Braided hoses are always cool...you can get a hose sleeving kit which slips on over your existing rubber hoses like air con, radiator etc.

The best advice I ever heard was to go with two colours tops... plus polished and black detailing.

How about painting the valve cover?
