RB26DETT swap/ bigger turbos.

Okay so i'm hoping to be putting a RB26 into a 240sx and was wondering when i do this if 1) i'd be able to have a shop do the swap with under 10g (including buying all the parts required myself and the shop's labor) and 2) can i just throw on a couple bigger turbos to increase power or will there be more to it than that and 3) whats a good trans if a want a RWD in the end for drifting?
