(Torque * RPM)/5252 whats the new formula changed to?

I think the new system is just that all a/c and a few other things ahve to be running for the dyno. I might be wrong.

There's an article in one of the car magazines showing how all the Japanese models seem to have much less hp than quoted. Toyota/Scion seem to differ by quite a bit.
As far as the new system, I don't know what the factors involved are. According to this article - http://www.detnews.com/2005/autosins...A01-283759.htm, they have tightened the factors involved in measuring hp, so that there is little "wiggle room" as they say.
