1995 camry v6 no start
believe car was reverse jumped. fuses, relays replaced. no check engine light, no codes, no spark, no fuel pump noise. other systems appear to work.

Reverse jump... I'm going to assume that means you had to jump start your car and you had the positive terminal on your battery connected to the negative terminal on the other battery and vice versa. (Correct me if I'm wrong). If that's what happened, you may have done some serious damage to your electrical system. I'd list all the parts that may have been damaged, but I'd be here the rest of my life listing all of them. I will say that this includes your ECU, alternator, and the entire ignition system. Also, whatever you were being jumped by might have some problems as well.

Re: 1995 camry v6 no start
more detail, i believe what happened is that the car was "sabotaged" by removing the ecu relay. passerby tried to help and must have reversed jumped. main fuse was blown. fuses and relays were replaced and checked. ecu was removed, opened and examined for damage (likely a pointless exercise). this brought all of the gauges, lights (minus "check engine light", bells and whistles back. car cranks. ready to replace the ecu, ignitor. how do i determine if there is power to the ecu?
