Is this what it looks like?

Is this what the 'blend door acutator' unit (TEMP Acutator) look like this: http://www.rockauto.com/ref/ACDelco/...?15-71845.jpg?

Image found at http://www.rockauto.com

Thanks in Advance!

Sure looks like an electronic temp door motor. Id say you hit the nail on the head.

Now I just need to get it ordered (the one I gave a picture of is the 'MODE' door acutator; my aunt's Blazer needs the 'TEMP' door acutator; which Rockauto has) and take apart the dash to get it installed.

Isnt it located behind the heater core?

I'm trying to get a mental image here.
I've seen behind the glovebox and I see 2 vacuum-looking "pods", one on the left side and one on the right side. I assume these are the defrost door and fresh air/recycle air doors? If so; where's the blend door at? (more than likely behind the heater core? that'd be my luck).

EDIT: This is what the "AIR INL VLV" looks like:

And the "ACUTATOR DEFR VAVLE" looks like:

(rockauto.com)

EDIT: Found my image of behind glovebox:
