bentley navigation system

hi i was wondering if anybody out there had any info on the navigation system. I just picked up a used 2004 gt and was trying to figure out if i could change the color display on the nav screen. For exaple when the map display is on the map display is like a brown colour durhing the day and at night. I would like to know if there is any way that i could change the map display to black at night time, cant seem to figure it out. In all the cars i have ever had when i turn on the headlights or when the car would sense it was dark outside the screen would change automaticaly. Any advice would be apreciated thanks

Bentley's principal software solution is MicroStation. MicroStation itself is a 2D/3D CAD platform from which Bentley software divisions and third-party software companies can build more specific solutions. For example, GeoGraphics is an extension from Bentley's Geospatial vertical which adds geographic and spatial capabilities to MicroStation.

The Bentley brand is to luxury cars what Everest is to mountains. Those with wallets deep enough to meet the six-figure price tags of the company's vehicles are treated to towering levels of refinement and prestige.

Re: bentley navigation system

Your "recourse" is to go on eBay and buy one for less than $100. Used cars are generally sold "as is." If you bought a year-old Pilot from a Honda dealer, you could always take it in for an oil change or something and "casually" remark, "my navigation system doesn't show maps, you got any ideas?" and they might (MIGHT is the operative phrase here!!! They don't HAVE to!) have one to give you out of another car, or just out of parts stock. If you bought it from a used-car lot, or from a non-Honda new car dealer, you're back to buying one from eBay.

Re: bentley navigation system

You bought a used Honda Pilot with navigation system and found out after the sale that you needed a special disk to use the navigation system that costs 250 and want to know what your recourse is?
