What about best sleepers... Best Sleeper Car, Sleeper truck, etc. ? Ie, most horsepower or fastest car or truck that just looks like stock or primered or something.

Modifications only?? Cuz I think I would come close to wrapping that one up.

I got this one too. As long as the voting starts in 2 months or something, I should have a new dyno graph. And my car is completely stock exterior.

I would also be a shoe-in for worst driver at the drag strip.

I think that most money on car ect is an obvious award and will definately be included...but I think we should still have some joke awards for fun....

Thats funny right there, lol.

How about a "Track Star" award for the guys like me and Jeff that get out and compete every weekend? Because if there's nothing like that, then we are screwed. And both of us have been tearing it up this season (I've got 1 win, 2 runner-ups, and 5 or 6 semis).

And Mr. Lous, I could probably give ya a run for your money on most money spent and even most horsepower, especially if we wait untill after racing season is over. I'm going to be making a 13.5:1 383 (would be very stout, easily 500+ hp, probably closer to 600) out of my flat-top 355, and turning my blowed up 406 into a D-stroked 377. I know I could give ya a run if I get to count my entry fee and fuel bill for the car every weekend, lol.

Re: Prepare for the 2005 Automotive Forums Award Show!

that would be interesting to see how much ppl have spent on mods... i'll consider that...

and not to be stern, but you were the only bracket racer last time... there must be at least 2 people (i'd prefer a whole lot more) to vote for.

I was talking street car.
I plan on making close to 500 RWHP with the Trans Am. I have a TON of parts showing up this week, and should be running again within a month. Break in, and dyno. Pump gas!!!!
Time will tell though. It is always something with my car.
