Thumbs down New Bmw 5 Series (2004)

My old 528 was looking tired so I was looking forward to the new 2004 5 series. But God is it ugly! Chris Bangle has already been called Chris Bungle for f...ing up the 7 and now he's done the 5 too. So what does BMW do? Promote him instead of showing him the door. I had to go out and find an 'old' 530 from 2003. The perfect car, you can keep the new 5.

Opinions Vary! (jk LOL) You know I could had bought either an 03 or an 04.

I looked at the 03 and gave it a test drive, it had the sport package but the ride and handling was noisy, bumpy and felt weird.

But after looking and test driving the new and improved 04 530i, I just had to have it, and I bought it a couple of weeks ago, and I have had great positive comments from people when they see it.

My conclusion: The new 04 530i is quite a hi tech Bimmer for the twenty first century.

I'll take the new engine and options in the old body if you don't mind.

The beauty of the M5 is that it's quiet and classy until it's time to let loose. The design on the new one is too flashy for my taste, alot of die hard beast fans feel the same way.
