94 tracker stereo/electrical
Have a 94 tracker I have had 2 stereos stolen so i no longer have the factory clip on the wiring harness. My problem is I can't seem to get the wiring correct to hook up 3rd and may I say final stereo! Had this problem the last time and can't remember what the guy who hooked it up said he found the problem to be. I must say it was quite simple but also very stupid, as in not something you ever find in other vehicles. I want to say it hasd to do with something else being grounded. I have the wiring diagram and can get stereo to work but then no dash lights or stereo and dash but no running etc......... HELP

yeah check your fuses first. all your inside lights, head lights, tail lights, cigarette lighter, and of course the sterio are spidered into the sterio harness' power and ground wires....if you overloaded or wired something wrong it will blow the radio/cig fuse. check those first then get back to all of us.
