Question yz250f decompression kit

Hi, my friend has a 2002 yz250f. As you know they can be pretty hard to start. I remember reading that the 03 and 04 yz250fs have a decompression kit or something. It suposely makes it easier to start up. I know there is such thing or sometin like it cause his dad has an xr400 that I can even kick over and i only weigh 115. So please tell me if there is a place to buy one of these kits or something like it. (maybe im thinkin a hot start kit).........please help

-thx
