Wheel Covers
Now, I a cheap Ba$tard. I heard on a web site that you can make Wheel covers from Pizza pans. A cheap way to help MPG. Moon covers are very pricey, at least for me.What would be the best way to cover the hub caps with Pizza Pan sheets? The hub cap would need to be removed to change and rotate tires. So, if there is any Engineer type people out there, can you help me out?
