My hobby lobby sucks

So I went to my hobby lobby and they have neither the styrene sheets NOR the stuff used to set cf decals. I found the sites for styrene sheets but I cant find the Micro-sol and micro-set? I think that's what they are called. Anyone know where I can find this stuff? My decal sheet came in but I cant use it yet :/

It's good to see someone else that is from around were I live.
There is a place in marion that is a hobby shop ( train depot )
I think that is the name. I don't know if he has those items. But you might
want to check on it.

Re: My hobby lobby sucks

I am not sure I have ever seen styrene sheets, or micro-sol products at Hobby Lobby. There are about 4 of them within 20 minutes from me, and can't recall seeing either item at any of them.
You will probably have to try a local hobby shop.
They are a little more specialized at the hobby shop.

good luck

I can check on it next time I'm in marion (which I'm rarely there)

but are there any online sites for micro-sol?

I am pretty sure that modelexpress dot net has both micro-sol and micro-set.
Beyond that, not sure....

Try Micro-Mark (google it) they'll have exactly what you need. They're not cheap, but they do have good quality stuff.

Search for local hobby shops in your phone book. Most *well stocked* railroad shops will carry all your plastic stock as well as brass, copper, and most any other scratch building supplies as well as your decal set/solvents.

Try Stradasports.com. They're out of Missouri and will definitely have it. Great service and selection. Kevin can get you anything you want.
