What's the basic diff. b/w the base RSX engine and the type-S one?

Engine in Base RSX is K20A, TypeS is K20C. I think Base is around 170hp? TypeS is around 200... I've driven both before, and TypeS simply rocks.. I raced my friend's GSR Integra w/ IE and smoked him good...

Actually Base is just 160hp... and TypeS is 200. Compression Ratios are slightly different, 11.0:1 for TypeS, and 9.8:1 for base. Also, TypeS got 6-speed tranny while base is 5...
