It's only $50 for all the days for full access and autocross. How can I pass this up? Anyone know where I can stay?

Re: JGTC California Speedway Dec. 18-19th
Alright..who went? I went. I had a shitload of fun. I've seen many many races at that track, but I've never seen a car move that FAST on THAT track...I almost shit my pants. I also got to drive a 350Z and an RX-8 for free which REALLY made me shit my pants. And that's just the first day, I'm going again tommorw (sunday, part 2).
I also baught an ARTA/AUTOBACS hat for $5 which was a real bargain...so that was cool too |

JGTC California Speedway Dec. 18-19th
Yeah, those machines were flying down the straightways. I couldn't believe how fast these GT machines were. I believe that only the Lemans Prototypes such as the Audi R8, F1 and CART machines are faster road racing machines. However, the event seemed to be unorganized in that during the race there was no timing and scoring information. Also it could've helped if there was an announcer during the race to inform the spectators the positions of the cars during the race. Otherwise the event was great fun and I hope there will be another JGTC round in the US.
