1998 Chevrolet Suburban

Two questions about my '98 Chev Suburban. I'm having a problem with it not starting periodically. Believe it has something to do with the passlock theft system. Also, need to replace the door handle on the driver's door, but don't know how to remove the door panel without wrecking something. Can anyone help?

I have a 99 suburban and one of the screws on the door handle came off, so the handle wiggles. Well, it finally broke and I was tired of waiting on my husband to do something. I found a web site, www.jimmijammer.com that shows step by step how to remove the door panel. I didn't have any problems following the instructions. My problem now is figuring out how to get the linkages disconnected from the door handle! Not much room to work with the driver side door handle. Hope this helps!
