2004 Civic Hybrid Locks me out!

How can I disable this function? If I open the door, get in and put my keys on the seat then get out of the car and close the door, all the doors lock shortly afterward. I do not have a owners manual. Thank you for any help!

Does your dome light work properly when drivers door is open ??

If it does not see a door that was opened in lapse of time after keyless unlock... it will relock the car.

Plunger switch is easy to replace, and pretty common to fail.

Dome work with other doors ??

Yes, it should solve it.

You can swap it with the front passengers plunger switch.

Covered Philips screw, and single wire connector.
