brake trouble

I take a look at my brake pads this afternoon and I saw that only the inside pads of the 4 were finished, that the 2 on the outside were still 80% good. Does anybody knows what's the problem?

Peace y'all, Raph...

have you looked at boots (accordion look a like), if there is a hole in them or even cracks?

after 11years those things probably aren't in good shape any more.
here what happens when those boots (dust covers) have holes in them, water gets inside and washes grease away of pins, once grease gets washed away that place gets filled with dirt and pins start to rust. and now those pins aren't moving any more, as result of that unequal break pads wear.

you might have to replace boots, clean pins (or replace them if they rusted badly), clean the place where pins supposed to be (its probably full dirt and rust) and lubricate those pins with high temperature silicone grease.
on picture boot is under #15 and pin under #16.

www.hondaautomotiveparts.com is very good place to shop for OEM parts.

Once you go to specific part, like front brakes (in your case), you will see it.
