Tamiya RX-7 R1
Those who have built this model know that the engine bay is not exactly the most detailed ie. the turbos being 4 circles. So, I am going to be building this to try and replicate the 13BREW as best as I can. To start, I had taken out the original turbos and worked them to look like actual sequential twin turbos with plumbing. The alternator is really crappy so I swapped a new one from the older savanna RX-7 model. I will next try to detail the so called intercooler which is connected to the air box, battery etc. Enjoy!

Re: Tamiya RX-7 R1
I would have liked to have seen some pics of the motor out of the car. If the turbo work is as good as the rest appears to be, it's great. Sourcing the alternator from elsewhere is a great touch, weird how they look amazing in some of their kits and fall totally short in others. Great work so far.
