I'm looking for any kinda tips on lowering my Max.
What would be a good brand for Spings and Shocks and where should I get them. Also what a decent price would be. Any help with this would be greatly appreciated! :sun: Jav- NYC |

On the mods page of maximadriver.com, there's a whole section dedicated to struts and springs.

I paid about $400 installed for Eibach sport springs (2000 Maxima SE). About a 1.5" drop. Ride was affected minimally when lightly loaded -- occasionally bottoms (not badly) when fully loaded (4 passengers plus luggage).
To tell you the truth, my Max rides pretty "firm" even stock (wearing optional OEM 17-in rims). Handling clearly improved on the autocross track! That "too tall" feeling and slowness of weight transfer in fast transitions is gone! No problems bottoming out. Hope this helps. "4 MAX FUN" |
