Unhappy I'm thinking about getting rid of my car?

Well today i dropped my friends car to this guy who does body paint and work as a side job. He does it professionally but he hooks up my friend. So then i asked the guy if he can do my car since its rusting. Oh man a crx? He said he hates working on them cause they rust too easily. He told me its not worth to fix it. He said the body is gonna be weaker and weaker! He also told me to buy a rex from Cali or any parts of the west, since they don't rust over there. Man you should hear what he said about my car ...it freaked me out. He said once its rusted on the bottom..its garbage and theres nothing he can do about it. What do you guys think? Should i just grab a rex from the west or something? My car isn't that bad in rusting but he said once i check behind the black panels ..expect to see LOTS of rust? Maybe i should just get rid of my car and get another rex. I'm gonna have to look for a stock engine.

Trade me engines .. I would buy everything for a good price then have your friend swap it in.... Rust is a dealy killer But our cars actually do not have the bad of a rust problem except in the wheel well where debree gets caught and decomposes. If it isn't that bad someone can easily fix it and prevent an outbreak. Go to another body shop and get their opinion also!
