That may have been the dumbest thing I've ever seen. I want the last minute of my life back.

He wasn't capable of drifting. He just went in to the bend too fast that HE could handle. He only spun cost he had the brakes on all the way round the bend (nothing to do with the scooter coming up the road) A good driver would have kept the gas pedal down and pulled out of that.

...although it had such poor suspension, it probably would have snapped back and crashed to the right into the crash barrier instead!

Re: Drift gone wrong (video)

Ah a fine example of an idiot you don't want behind the wheel of a race car or any car for that matter. That's sheer luck that he didn't hit anyone. If he really knew how to drive fast he would have known that braking at that speed and in a skid is futile.

Having stated that he was an idiot I don't think he meant to drift, I think he was trying to take the corner full out and went into an out of control skid and like an idiot thought the brakes would stop him from hitting anything, namely the bike. For that moment he was the worlds luckiest person.

This is just a prime example of why the fuck cops are coming down on "us" all. Cause stupid little boys think they Mario andretti (while driving their parents ride) in some cases. I’m not saying stop street racing, stop drifting. etc. But shit you represent all of us ! when your out racing. We have now become a stereo type. That a cop will suspect us for being wreck less drivers cause we might have a cat-back exhaust or intercooler. Think twice of doing a race on main street, I’m sure the guy that your racing wouldn’t mind racing on a street where you wont endanger others.

Its front wheel drive so if he put his foot down he would of probably ended up facing the other way (where the front starts pulling the car any way it wants (f ur a rally fan youll see it happen all the time)). Also that guy and any other knob who reckons he can race on such a busy road deserves to crash! lets hope that scared the absolute shit outa him and he wont be driving like that agen...

This is how the next generation is like....No wonder why insurance rates are now above $7000 a year for me.
