Any one saw these vans in 1:24 scale?

I used to work on one of these in Europe, and then Dodge just started making them under name Sprinter. I would like to build one or couple but I just didn't see any of them in stores or ebay

Re: Any one saw these vans in 1:24 scale?

I remember seeing a few around here in 1:1, but they had freightliner on their grills.....I forget the name on the back of them, and I have seen the dodge one too. No 1:24 or any model from what I've seen. Good Luck in your search though!

I Live in europe and see those vans all the time

The first pic is a pic off an Iveco van (Italian made)
see more pics at www.iveco.com

The second pic is indeed a pic off a Mercedes benz sprinter
See more at www.mercedes.de or com. They are indeed sold in the vs under the name off freightliner.

As far as i now they don't excist as a model in 1/24

I am almost positive I saw some in the railroad hobby stores in ho scale. check in model railroader, or your local train store.

The Sprinter has its origins with American LaFrance in the US. It was made primarily for ambulances. Since Freightliner owns ALF, it was only natural for them to pick up the product and make commercial versions. As for Daimler Chrysler selling them under Dodge, Daimler owns Freightliner, so...

This is about like like the repackaged Chevrolet trucks called Isuzu and the repackaged Fords called Sterling

As for one in scale, I have yet to see one. I would love to get my hands on one to build an ambulance.

There is though a nice Ford E series van coming out this next year in diecast.
