Oil light issue on 1994 GM
Oil light comes on randomly,even after changing the oil. It might run fine for several miles,then suddenly,the oil light comes on,and is always followed by a loud lifter sounding ticking noise. If I shut the car off and start it back up,the oil light and noise will usually go away after a few seconds......then,usually after hard acceleration,it comes on again.Also,the oil sometimes has a gas smell. Any ideas?
