Can someone help me out please?

I was just wondering if a d16a6 cam will fit in a d15b7, since there are no companies that i know of out there that make an aftermarket cam for the 1.5. I heard from someone on D-series.org said that they heard of a stock one fitting but they arent sure about an after market cam fitting?
Thanks
