Their catalogue only contains items which they produce, in their magazine they will highlight models of exceptional quality regardless of the kit manufacturer.

Re: Nissan PULSAR GTI-R Model
I have the complete works of Tamiya book, and I'm 100% positive Tamiya didn't make the Pulser GTi-R. That 3dr hatch you saw could have been the Carolla FX-GT or the Escort rally converted to the street version.
If there were the kit of the GTi-R, the modeler wouldn't have had to scratchbuild it either. |

Well I'm not sure where it was (I still claim that it was the catalog, could be mistaken) , but I know that it was black and I also know what it looks like so I wasn't mistaken, it had that ugly bump on the hood...
I've had enough of this bickering, so let's just say that I've dreamed it so there wasn't any picture of a Pulsar anywhere and no-one made that kit, exception that one lunatic who made it from scratch. |

Here's a pic of the resin Pulsar. The front of this model is a Nissan Primera and the rear section is a Fujimi VW Mk3 Golf.

I already know this model (as linked on page one ; )
I don't think i can build the car like this, as i usually don't build model cars (i only work on my real sunny ) Therefore i'm searching for a manufactured one, seems that i maybe get a "Starter GTIR" only in 1:43 but better than nothing greets chrisi

These guys have a GTiR in their model list but the prices look pretty scary.
http://www.miniaturemotorco.co.uk/ Other than the scratchbuilt one I've only come across two others, A 1:43 scale pre-built one which must be the starter one you mentioned, and a radio controlled car based on the rally car (Not sure who made it). The R/C cars are quite rare but I've seen one on Ebay. I'll keep monitoring the thread, hopefully someone will find something, I've been looking on and off for two years now for a GTiR model I can build myself. (without building from scratch or spending heaps) Fraser |

Oops, I should have looked in the Aussie GTiR forums before posting.
http://www.gtiroz.net/gallery/models The R/C one was by Tomy and there's a couple of others that I hadn't seen before. Some more to scale than others. Fraser |
