Materials needed: liquid glue, 0.5mm styrene sheet and 0,25mm styrene sheet that was sanded a bit thinner. First stage is to lay a thick coat of glue on thinner plastic sheet. Glue almost melts the sheet and makes it really soft. Glue two sheets together and use some suitable tool to make creases on the surface. I used the handle of my hobby knife. This is where the thicker styrene sheet is needed, it doesn't melt as much as the thinner one and gives some support for the thinner sheet. At this point the thinner sheet is so soft that it can be formed quite freely. This is what the result looks like before cutting to shape. Looks quite rough, but i only needed two 25x5mm pieces, and this sheet is roughly 150x50mm. Hope this explains how i did those. -Niko
