i think (dont know much about it though) that if they wanted to be a smartarse about it, they'd give us the finger.. but its like if say, bush gave a friendly wave to saddam, he'd be dumbfounded and wouldnt know how the fuck to react...
but ive read that you guys have different kind of harley people over there, friendly and non-friendly so i dont really know

I know for fact I get treated differently being a girl on a bike. Surprisingly, many Harley dudes will wave back at me when they won't wave back at my male counterparts. That, and my bike is loud and 1/2 naked so it isn't the stereotypical sportbike.

Hey my hd does go over 100 both the BUell and the FLHT O forgot the BUSA goes even faster so what I ride on what day will deside what I ride, As for not in ditches Harley cost to much to lay them in a ditch and we have been riding long enough to stay out of the ditches, Later
