1997 GS oil leaking

My '97 integra is leaking between the block and the head. I'm not sure if it is the "oil gasket" or what (is it the head gasket?). I also need to replace the oil pan gasket. Are these hard fixes for a noob?
Thanks.

Re: 1997 GS oil leaking

Where I circled in red is where oil is leaking. If you follow the seam along the engine to the left is where it is the worst. Any help would be appreciated. Also it is an RS not a GS, sorry.
Thanks
