Mmm...tamales...I remember getting them from some mexican chick that worked for my dad when we lived in California. She'd bring us a big bag of them for 5 bucks. It was the SHIT. I love tamales.

Tamales...chorizo...j(u)ebos (eggs...not sure if I spelled that right...) rancheros...chiles rellenos (however the hell you spell that, too...I speak a bit of spanish...never said I could SPELL it...)...aroz con pollo...carne asada...I love mexican food.

nice! colorado is a little easier of a trip for me and the Z.

and LLZ: its juevos i think. i took 3 years of spanish in high school. i cant say i learned much but i did learn something none the less. I love Chiles Rellenos (or however you smell it). mmmm...stuffed pepper!

I have learned more working alongside spanish speaking people in resaurants than some people I've known that had taken YEARS of spanish classes. Fuck that shit. I took a year of spanish...finished the class with...like...a 32 or something like that. It was so gay.

I can SERIOUSLY speak spanish better than my ex that took 5 years of spanish and could conjugate every spanish verb. lol Who GIVES a shit about that?! Sure...it's important, but come on...

And I live in Australia not America dont forget. There isnt NEARLY as much exposure to mexican culture and food over here. You border with mexico, we are about 10,000kms away...

As for needing to get more culture, I will bet any amount of money I have sampled a LOT more Eurpoean food than you have I dont even have any vowels in my last name
