Brake caliper HELP

I am working on my Vitara NOW. I've done hundreds of brake jobs, but not on this Vitara I just bought last week. I took off the front pads and replaced them, pushed the caliper piston back, but the caliper will not go back on!. I've tried everything, it seems like the pads are too thick. Can anyone help?

Re: Brake caliper HELP

Got it, the bottom bolt guide was frozen. Used a C clamp to push it in. That was a treat.
